CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Summary:
We are looking for an a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. If you are a skilled communicator and posses 3-5 years' experience working as a customer service representative (manufacturing business background preferred), we encourage you to submit an application for this position.
Responsibilities:
Answers incoming customer calls and perform follow-ups regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
Confer with appropriate engineering personnel in preparing and finalizing response to queries/follow-ups.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Participate in total quality management projects to achieve continuous improvement.
Report any equipment or facility defect(s) to supervisor.
Comply with all PAG Industries safety rules and company policies.
Ensure any accident or injury is promptly reported.
Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment in work area at all time.
Follow all company safety protocol.
Inspect the work area and machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift.
Attend and actively participate in training classes and safety sessions.
Perform above mentioned tasks and other tasks assigned.
Skills:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
3-5 years' job experience as a customer service representative (manufacturing business background preferred).
Experience using MS-Office and G-suite.
Understanding of our products.
Mechanical ability and understanding of engineering principles.
Ability to read and review technical drawings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in ISO 9001 work environment (preferred).
